East Table Group Campground offers space for camping when campgrounds along the Snake River are nearly full. The campground is located across the highway from the Snake River and offers excellent morning and evening views of the surrounding mountains. It is a good option for groups.
From Hoback Junction, WY, take US Rt. 26/89 south 10.9 miles to campground sign. Turn left at sign into campground.
Campsite was fantastic. Firepits, tables, and plenty of open space for tents, rvs, hammocks, all with a great view of the snake river. Andrea the camp host was amazing. Helped us with everything and was supper friendly. (She also has 2 really cute dogs that love pets) 10/10
Beautiful campground with spacious, shady campsites. We brought our dogs while on a roadtrip, and it was a wonderful spot to stop for the night. Bring bug spray of course!
I must add to the chorus: this is one special place! There is a nice mix of large and small campsites, some nice and private, some right out in the open, all right up against the river. I really enjoyed #9, and #13 looked supreme. It was a popular stop while I was there, but the camp host Andrea takes exceptional care of the place and is delightful too. My time here was a real pleasure. Go!
Very nice campground, sitting alongside the beautiful Snake River. Has like 21 first come, first serve sites. All with a table, fire pit and room for 2 vehicles. Several sites overlook the Snake, making for amazing evening fires. Several restrooms throughout the site, with water available at each location. Sits only 1/2 mile from the launching location of the Snake River. Cost $15 per night, $7 extra vehicle per night.
