An incredible little RV park! We arrived late in the evening and we were able to set up the camper pretty quickly. The pull through spots were appropriately spaced and very level. The bathroom facilities were incredibly clean! I was blown away by how nice they were. We didn’t stay but overnight but we will definitely book here again sometime. There was a pool and playground that we didn’t get to us because of our short stay but our littles would’ve loved it. And the couple running the place were so kind. They even had fresh cookie upon arrival!

All public spaces are immaculate. A real pride in ownership here. Owners are friendly, helpful, accommodating, and personable. Home-made cookies for each camper when you arrive. Fresh newly renovated bathrooms, crystal clear pool water, game room, well working laundry facilities, beautiful location, close to historic downtown shops, food, and museum. Close to riding trails. We would love to make this a yearly destination!

Unfortunately we did not have the chance to enjoy the cookies and the clean toilets. We arrived 21:35, namely five minutes after the last check-in time which is 21:30.

The owner was awake and he had the audacity to come outside just to inform us that we were late... 5 mins . 10 according to his clock. He wouldn't let us check in because we would disturb the other campers and he was just repeating "no check-in after 21:30" and "it will do you no good to argue with me". Very pleasant guy. It is easy to play the smart when you have nothing on the line...

The guy left two Europeans, their first night in USA without a place to stay in the middle of nowhere because we lost our way and we were 5 minutes late. And he didn't even refund the night . Kudos

Nice place, I really enjoyed the night I was there.

Extra nice and clean bathroom, awesome cookies, and even nicer reception.

Got a lot of information about the surroundings, detailed maps of the city and the Black Hills area, as well as a great place to eat.

I would definitely recommend this place!

Enjoyed staying here on our way to Sturgis, South Dakota. It is very well maintained, nice pool and recreation area, friendly owners. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area!!
