We have been searching for a RV resort for a very long time in order to park our RV full time. Woodsmoke Camping Resort is the absolute best on the coast. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Hope treated us like family at "hello." The park is clean and the sites are large and well kept. Close to beaches, shopping and amenities. Ride your bike safely anywhere. We are so impressed with Woodsmoke and so grateful that we stopped in to visit.....and now stay long term.
Sun Retreats Is The Worst Community I Have Ever Known!
The Management ended my lease in November for no reason, and did not allow me to sell my manufactured home. Now, I am left nearly homeless, without a primary residence!!!

Terrible Mobile Home And RV Park is what defines this Sun Retreats Estero Bay.
Please close this corrupt and unfair place as soon as possible, and make this place a resident-owned Mobile Home neighborhood.
I love how homey and welcoming this resort is. I feel blessed to be able to call this place my home!!
Edited to add: The front office staff always has a genuine smile and is willing to help. This resort is also very clean and well maintained!
Sun Retreats Estero Bay is a terrible RV and mobile home park!!!
The management ended yearly lease for no reason and didn’t allow me time to sell the home! Might be because of discrimination, as I am a minority, or they did this to take possession of my double wide trailer for more profits for themselves. Anyways, stay away from this place for your own good!!!
