Stayed in basic cabin 9/19-9/20/23. Cabin reeked of human urine, floor sticky, curtain did not cover window, interior of cabin not maintained i.e. webs, thick layer of dust. Informed front desk at check out. Employee stated she would have manager call me. Several days have passed now, no call. Will not stay there again. Will not recommend this KOA. Recommend to owner, clean your cabin. Refund my $91.36.

UPDATE- Approximately 48 hours after posting this review, the manager called me. He apologized for the lack of communication, stated that the cabin has been cleaned, that one panel of the curtains was indeed missing, that the sticky floor or urine smell had not been observed (I did not get the impression though that any one had tested for stickiness in barefeet and the smell could have disappeared by then). He had been authorized by the owners to offer me only a 50% refund. He also stated that this location often gets glowing reviews due to cleanliness. I've now read the past reviews and have found several that contradict that statement. I'm hopeful though that since I brought this to his attention, there will be no reoccurance. If I pass that way again, I'll stay there based on the managers assurances that this was not the normal standard.

There are train tracks very close, but we didn't hear any horns or whistles. The cabin was clean, bathrooms were decent, and the pool/splash pad was awesome! I don't have young kids but I could tell it was a great place for young ones. They had Campfire Kevin playing guitar singing camp songs and offering free s'mores. I roasted a marshmallow and really enjoyed the cuteness of it all.

The staff was great and the campground was well maintained. Access to nearby attractions is great. This was the first KOA I've stayed at. We normally set up a tent but this time we chose the basic cabin. The showers and bathrooms were close. We only stayed for one night which was a Friday. Even though there is little privacy as the sites are packed so closely, and the campground was at capacity, it was quiet in the evening. We had a table and firepit in front and firewood was delivered. We brought our dog and it was nice to let him loose in the fenced area. All in all it was a relaxed time. There were others in our group that stayed at a resort. They came by to enjoy a campfire. We could have stayed at a local motel for the same amount we spent at the campground. It seemed a little high, but it is Wisconsin Dells, so I guess that's the reason. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for easy access to attractions, you don't mind being arm's length from your neighbor, and like a great staff that is pleasant and responsive.

Awesome place to take your family to camp. Whether you're in a tent, camper or cabin. Love that they had a splash pad for kids and a pool. Very close to other Dells attractions too. Lots of activities for kids to do. Lots of trees for shade. The bathrooms and showers were actually decently cleaned, daily! They deliver ice and fire wood right to your campsite. We will be camping here again!!!

We camped didn’t get a cabin. Check in was quick. I will say this a few workers were rude and a little judgmental! Bathrooms were decent and not to dirty. Showers are a little small has a handicap bathroom which is decent sized and had benches! Campsites with electric and water are decent sized and fair priced. They all have fire pits with grilling capabilities and a picnic table. Cool things to do! Sand beach volleyball, tether ball, Gaga ball, basketball court and 3 different bikes you could rent for $4 for a half hour. My only complaint is how nosy they try to be or are! N quiet time starts at 10pm so if you plan on being loud and enjoy your late camping nights not the place to go! More young family friendly then young adult friendly!
