Howdy, nature enthusiasts! I recently had the pleasure of exploring the breathtaking Copper Falls State Park in Mellen, Wisconsin, and let me tell ya, it was a true wilderness wonderland. This park offers a feast for the senses, with its stunning waterfalls, lush forests, and rugged beauty. The hiking trails were well-maintained and provided a variety of difficulty levels, catering to both beginners and seasoned adventurers. As I trekked through the park, I was in awe of the cascading waterfalls, their roaring sounds filling the air and creating a serene ambiance. The scenic overlooks offered breathtaking views, allowing me to truly appreciate the natural splendor of the area. The park facilities were clean and well-kept, with picnic areas and camping grounds that made it a perfect spot for a family outing or a weekend getaway. The park rangers were knowledgeable and friendly, providing helpful information about the park's history and guiding me to the best spots for wildlife sightings. If you're looking to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, Copper Falls State Park is an absolute must-visit. So lace up those hiking boots, grab your camera, and prepare to be mesmerized by the wonders of the Wisconsin wilderness. Happy trails! 🌲🏞️💦

I wanted to ride the northern edge of MI along Lake Superior on a motorcycle. It was raining so much. 195 miles to the harbor. All rain. 190 miles back, mostly rain. 2 different routes. It was still a great ride with so much to see, even in the truck. Maybe next year on the bike. Copper Harbor is definitely a tourist haven!

I would definitely recommend this state park. There was two great trails. One as soon as you get into the park and the other towards the back. I like the gift shop. Bought some shirts and they sell ice cream. The bathrooms were nice and clean as well. Only 11 bucks to get in for a day pass.
