Self checkout is pushed as there are only a couple of staffed lanes open. Then we are forced to stand in line to wait for someone that is not even a Walmart employee to pour over our receipt to see if we’re a thief. Didn’t get a printed receipt? They want your phone.

Two thumbs down.

Not good customer service in any department, this store has charged me 2x for a $400 purchase and I never got a refund. If you call for availability on a product they’ll say “I don’t know” and won’t look for you. Secret security tried to stop my husband to make him show a recipe because of the way he looks when they weren’t asking anyone else for theirs, when we refused to show it they continued to harass us.

Produce is never really fresh.

Also, the bathrooms are truly disgusting! ALL THE TIME (pictures don’t even capture it all).

I truly try to avoid shopping here as much as possible.

This hands down the friendliest and most customer service oriented Wal Mart I have ever been to. Normally Wal Mart staff pushing the large blue bins around doing the shopping for the online orders are like robots, in the way, and a HUGE pain to in store shoppers. Here, they were courteous, friendly, helpful, moved for you, attentive.....wow!!!! It was SO SO SO refreshing.

Stupid how the online pick up people decide to leave before your pick up time was told to be there by 9 to 10 get there at 9:50. Nobody’s there to give me my order some of us work all day and don’t have time but they can leave early, now I have to make more time tomorrow to get groceries. Super inconvenient.

Pathfinder Director

For Pathfinder Directors preparing to take their club to the 2024 International Camporee in Gillette, the first question is "will the Walmart be able to handle it?"

They already have veggie and non-dairy food options in stock. Camporee leadership are in communication with this store manager and expressed confidence that we'll be able to purchase all food and camping gear we need so I checked out their various departments. They have analyzed the trends from the Oshkosh stores and plan to maximize their profit during the time of Camporee. An automotive center and curb-side pickup are on the side of the store. This is going to be a very busy place during Camporee so we will definitely be ordering ahead of time.
