Walk-in tent only campground with 16 sites next to Mill Creek. Showers, propane grills, outdoor sink, and bike rack in campground. All sites have picnic tables and most are well shaded. Close to Main St. with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and adventure outfitters.
From Moab's Main St./Hwy 191, turn east on 300 South. Up the Creek Campground will be on your right, after about two blocks. Look for our sign at the entrance to the parking lot.
I highly recommend this cute little campground in a very convenient location. It has clean bathrooms with showers. There’s a nice large sink to wash dishes. I will definitely stay here again.
Fantastic little campground in the middle of everything. I'm so happy we found this place. We arrived late and called the host as we did not book in advance. No fuss, we found an empty spot (we got luck as it looks like all other days are fully booked) and paid for it. Highly recommended!
My boyfriend and I stayed here 4 nights and we would have stayed longer if it wasn’t booked. This is a perfect base camp for arches, canyonlands, and all Moab/surrounding area activities. The location is so close to downtown (5 minute walk to the Main Street with all the bars and restaurants), but it’s on a more quiet street so you don’t feel too close to the business. There are no fires allowed but they do have a couple propane BBQ’s you can use. It’s also right next to a bike path which is convenient. They have ice for sale and a dish washing sink and the bathrooms/showers were always clean. It’s a small campground which is nice also.
Very cool little campground in downtown Moab. Location is very central. Reservation made online easily and confirmed quickly. Self check-in was easy. Bathrooms and showers were warm and very clean. Quiet hours were respected. Campsite on soft sand and fit our 6-person tent and had its own picnic table. You have to walk your stuff in but they have carts and it's not too far a walk. Booked 1 month in advance and got the last available site, so book early.
Conveniently located campsite (roughly 20 minute drive from arches) We felt very safe here and truly appreciated the free showers and the propane BBQ! The bathrooms and kitchen sink area were always clean!
You can hear the traffic at night but it isn’t horrific.
Lots of cute deer frequent the campground garden!
I would stay here again
