About Campground

Open year-round, Tims Ford has 168 campsites across three areas, (Main, Turkey Creek, and Fairview). All sites have 30-amp electric service and water hookups. Four sites also have sewer hookups. A dump station is located at the entrance to the campground for self-contained rigs. Two centrally located, heated bathhouses provide hot showers and bathrooms. Each site has a picnic table and a fire ring with a grill. A playground is located within the campground, and several other playgrounds are located throughout the park. The camp store is open year-round.

The campsites are limited to six people per site, one RV and one tent, or two tents per site. Two of the campsites are ADA compliant and are set aside for that reason. The maximum stay is 14 days March through November. The maximum stay is 28 days December, January, and February.

Great little spot for camping! The boat ramp is a beautiful area. The bathrooms were clean. And the sites were large, flat, and easy to setup on. That said, the field layout of this campground means noise will travel easily between sites as folks party around the fire at night. If you are looking for quiet evenings, this is not the site for you. Perfect for group car camping!

We had an amazing time at Turkey Creek. Only 4 stars because the bathhouse could have used some attention... But otherwise clean & well kept. Right near the boat dock for easy access.

It was very enjoyable. Friendly campers and lake access right around the corner. Had a good time. Really clean for a campsite. The restrooms and shower were in close proximity to all sites. We will go back again!!

Camping was fine, not very private. Main complaint is the bathrooms and shower. Not clean at all. Will not camp here again

Camp was nice, had a boat ramp near by. Bathrooms where clean. Only thing is they say you can only have two tents and two cars at one site.
