We stayed here several times last summer and really enjoyed it. I dont know if there is new ownership or new management or what, but after this last stay, NEVER again. We couldn't get anyone on phone. had to just show up. They didn't bother to inform us before we paid that they only open the pool (our main reason for choosing this location) if they see fit. it was over 70 degrees and my kids would happily swim in that weather but they did not open the pool. Our privacy was invaded by a maintenance man or something walking right up into our camping area to shovel ashes from the fire pit...was that really necessary right then? that should definitely be done when we leave or at least we should be asked of we mind. I felt completely violated. It rained the last night and day we were there and everything was a flooded and muddy mess all over the park. It saddens me what a disappointing experience this was. lesson learned. hopefully my review will save someone else from wasting their money on disappointment.

The water is awful there. Had to use bottled water for brushing teeth and rinsing vegetables. The rates are high for the condition of the grounds, especially the roads. The customer service on site was fine, but that awful person in CA is rude and obviously Can't Understand Normal Thinking. We weren't vacationing. We were there to work. And I have never stayed at a campground that charges an additional fee for a second vehicle. That is price gouging and I will be sending my concern to the BBB. The positive I can offer is the location. If you don't mind interstate noise, it's an ideal location.

Nice place, close to the highway, but far enough away that I didn't hear it. The water was a little off (odor) but I rarely drink campground water. Our site was dirty when we arrived, had trash, and firepit hadn't been cleaned out in a while. Pool was great, they had security cruising the park later in the evening, the residents were friendly and took alot or pride in their sites. Plenty of room for the dogs and kids to run.

Booked this place through Resort Parks International. Price was great but hardly considered a resort , more like a permanent trailer park! Trailers everywhere with their stuff all over the place ! Even got to witness the cops showing up two days in a row and was informed extremely rudely by a staff member about the speed limit! Avoid this place, it’s not worth your money! Will NOT stay there again!

Couldn't have been happier with our stay. Beautiful grassy sites, very well maintained. Many permanent campers which added to a family friendly atmosphere and felt more secure. Couple diff food trucks were there on weekend which was nice surprise and delicious. We had a convention at the Nutter Center and the quick access to hwy was perfect! Will be back next year for sure!!
