Trails is a full service RV park located in north central Minnesota, 4 miles north of Walker in the Chippewa National Forest at the junction of State Hwy 371 & 200.
We stayed here 3 nights in a pop up camper so that we could ride our bicycles on the Heartland trail. The RV park which is right next to the Heartland trail is well maintained, and the restroom facilities are very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Nice clean, spacious sites. Well maintained, quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of room for big rigs. Close to town. Nice hiking/biking trail accessible right at the park entrance. Nice playground for kids, pool looked very clean. Would definitely recommend!
Well maintained, clean bath house, great location for biking and hiking, Teresa couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating--she's the best! Our stay was unexpectedly extended and she was able to connect us w/folks who could help us until repairs could be made--thank you for a wonderful stay and all your help!
This is a really nice RV Park, I’ve seen lesser parks claim to be resorts and overcharge for everything.
Trails RV Park is reasonable, beautiful, clean, Big Rig friendly and in a great location just outside of the beautiful township of Walker, MN. And it’s only about 30 minutes from the start or Headwaters of the mighty Mississippi River.
There’s lots of things to do and great trails for walking or biking. And Fishing.
Would love to stay longer.
Vicky was wonderful. She made our stay so easy after our camper needed repairs. She rented us a lovely cabin and helped us in every way she could. You need to stay there if you are in the area.
