From Hwy 71, turn left on BaclkDuck Lake Rd./County Rd. 30. Go 1 mile, then turn left on Pass Rd. NE, and go 1/4 mile. We are on the right side of the road.
We did not have a good experience here. We unexpectedly had to pay for visitors.. $10 per person!!! We invited several people.. It was not mentioned or posted anywhere. There are not great accommodations. We were also told the visitors had to move their vehicles after we paid $10!! And in the morning there was lots of mowing and tractor driving that was loud and annoying. They also charged us $15 for pulling our boat through the park... we launched it at the public landing, we should not have been charged at all for that. We will not be coming back.
Great place to spend the summer. Beautiful campsites with a lot of room. The owners are great and will go up and beyond their usual duties to keep anyone happy. They even rescued me from the middle of the lake. If you want a warm hospitality and beautiful scenery with lake, this is the place to go.
My wife and I have a camper out here and we love it! The other people that stay here too are so nice! The fishing is great and the owners are really nice too! There lots to do out here! Plus its relaxing!
We discovered Tomahawk Resort through a friend. We visited one weekend and fell in love with the people and area. Tami and Rob are amazing hosts. They make you feel welcome and are friendly. This is a phenomenal resort!
Blackduck is home to me, yet being there did feel like I was on a little vacation. I was blessed with the opportunity to teach a couple chair yoga classes as hosted by the owners and the location was absolutely beautiful!
