SOUTHERN UTAH CAMPING

Why Choose Our RV Resort/Campground? We feature 36 full hook-up sites, of which 19 are pull-through sites and all 36 provide 20 amp/110 volt, 30 amp, and 50 amp hookups. These sites are all large, convenient, and surrounded by a perfect mix of apple, or pine trees. Each individual spot will have a picnic table, a 10x10 paver patio, and a 10x15 grass turf area.

The resort also offers a lobby area with restrooms, general store, laundry facilities, lounge area with tv, and friendly staff to help make your stay memorable. Security-coded entrance gates make for a safe and comfortable RV experience.

SOUTHERN UTAH ATTRACTIONS

Kolob Canyons, part of Zion National Park, is a true wilderness area. Located in the northwest part of Zion, Kolob Canyons is the most remote, and least visited, section of Zion National Park. In Kolob Canyons, you get the opportunity to see all that Zion has to offer--arches, waterfalls, slot canyons, winding hiking trails--without the crowds you'll find in other areas. Kolob Canyons also has a couple of relatively untraveled scenic routes.

Directions

Beautiful RV park, very well thought out and well kept. Honestly, one of the best designed and prettiest RV parks we've ever stayed in. Very conveniently situated, and spots closest to highway likely have some road noise. Great dog run, playground and bathrooms. Beautiful sunsets. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Overnight stay, driving thru.

Excellent location off the main highway. They called me prior to my arrival to let me know everything was good to go & where my welcome packet would be. Easy to get in, large pull thru site. Bathhouse's are individual bathrooms with toilet, sink & large showers with double showerheads & wonderful waterpressure. Everything was new & modern facilities. Level gravel lots, FHU, washers & dryers ($4wash/$4.75dry). I see alot of places adding resort to their names but are not really resort material. This place is resort material! Beautiful park, wish we could have stayed longer & enjoyed it more. I noticed they had a nice firepit with chairs outside, would be a lovely place to sit & relax & look at the night sky!

Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Great place to stop overnight on the way to another destination or for a few days to explore that area. Sights were clean and well maintained. On site showers were walk ins. and were very nice, just like being at home. A cute little store, dog park and playground. The ground was a bit soft in some spots and really the only con was the freeway noise. It was a rainy weekend when we visited which made freeway louder. It wasn't too bothersome. We couldn't really hear it in the RV and it became background noise while we enjoyed the outdoors. We would for sure stay again.

We stayed at the Orchards recently.

It was a cute and quaint rv resort.

I love staying in places that are away from the hustle and bustle, and they delivered!

What an awesome place to catch the meteor shower, too.

The RV spaces were spacious enough to fit our rig AND park our truck.

The kids loved the playground and the dog run was perfect for our fur-kids.

We’ll definitely visit again!

This new RV resort is nestled on the west side of Burnt Mountain next to the I-15 Highway. It's about 15 miles south of Cedar City.

The views are beautiful! This is a remote location in western rural Utah. It is a perfect staging area for Adventures in the State and National Parks nearby. Most of the popular Parks like Zion, have limits on RV size and limited availability for RV's. The Orchards RV Resort solves that problem.

The RV sites are really clean. It included a concrete pad for BBQ equipment, picnic table and artificial turf for chairs and dogs.

My favorite design feature is the sewer hook-up location. I know you think I'm crazy for saying sewer. But the connection is at the back end of all the campsites. This means your food table is NOT next to your neighbors Poop shoot.

The staff was friendly. Laundry room and Bathrooms were great. There's a small playground and dog park by the front.

The freeway noise is noticable when you are outside, but it's not a big deal. The convenience of being right off the Interstate when traveling is big plus.

I would recommend The Orchards (yes they planted Apple trees in the resort).
