We had a wonderful and peaceful creek-side experience. Highly recommend if you're looking for a camp spot in the area! Ask for the Creekacabana spot if its available.

A great and easygoing weekend camping adventure! The property at the Country, LLC is beautiful. Campsites are secluded and private, nestled in the landscape with perfect serenity. Dean the owner maintains the property quite well and was receptive to our needs. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Dean and Dana were awesome. My fiancé and I were looking for a place that we can relax and not be at a packed national forest campground. We were looking for something along the lines of dispersed/primitive camping for us and the dogs. This place was perfect. A lot of space to walk the dogs, quiet, great views, and who doesn’t love falling asleep to the sound of a creek… oh, and the stars!!! We loved it so much we even talked about having our wedding there potentially!

You would be hard pressed to find a better place to spend your time off. The scenery is beautiful, the atmosphere is lite and carefree. Dean (the owner) is a very nice guy, and really cares about his guests. If you like hiking, check out Craig county. The AT runs through and there's several places for day hiking.

My wife and I have been going there for a few years now, and we still love going to "The Country" . You can check the place out on Facebook under the same name. If you decide to go see Dean, at The Country LLC, tell Dean, Roger Marshall said you should go. (I'm looking for brownie points....Lol ) ;)
