Really nice primitive site! Very nice place to camp and they have a restroom that is well maintained.
Great place to get away on a trail you can walk next to someone. Sure its for horses but go during their off season. Just be ready to get wet right out of the gate if its been raining! Out here now in the storms looking for mushies. Even this early in the season the down trees are cut away and blazes painted well. That gets a bonus star!! Found a neat little camp not far in that served for lunch. If you have pets or care about your feet keep off the gravel roads they are full of dumped trash. Its a bummer but expected in the area. If you visit bring water I did not see any here except pumping from the creek systems. Which is totally up to you. Great Horned Owl is hooting right now and woke up my pup. This place is getting better by the minute. Peace!
Trail itself is nice with multiple routes. A bit muddy with ATV tracks everywhere. I would advise not leaving your car out where it is easily visible - someone drilled into my gas tank to siphon it all.
