We stay in a lot of parks due to husbands job a d this is one of the BEST parks we have ever stayed at!!!!! Mrs. Carla and Mr. Steve are AMAZING park managers! Like i TRULY cannot stop saying good things about them! They check on you to see if you need anything, offer help with anything! They treat you like family!! They keep the park clean and the price is so reasonable for such a pretty well kept park! Keeping them in my contacts for sure incase we ever get a job this way again we will stay here!!This is definitely the place to stay if you are ever in Sheridan or Pine Bluff! Thank you Mrs. Carla and Mr. Steve for having us in the park and thank you for being the GREAT people you are!! We will MISS you both!!

Wow! We love stopping here when we're in town. Steve and Carla are incredible hosts. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great and are really sweet. For example, when we stayed during the ice storm of February, they made sure every spot had a barrel over the water hookups along with heat lamps to avoid pipes freezing over. The spots are clean, very large and well looked after. They have 30 and 50 amp hookups, great clean water with good water pressure. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, and full of friendly people. Our spot during this summer is very large and beautifully shaded, with white oak trees and beautiful woodsy foliage nearby. It's in a great location, 0.2 miles to Walmart and less than a mile to restaurants and shops. They have very reasonable rates and weekly rates. I can't say enough good things about this place, come by and stay awhile if you're in the area!

The Manager was not at the park when we arrived like she said she would be to show us where to park in the shady pull thru spot for our RV, we had to set up in the sun beating down on us, it was HOT, no one came by to apologize or showed up. No dumpster for trash.

It was an RV park. It is managed by a husband and wife, husband is very nice, wife on the other hand, you don't know what you're going to get from day to day. They seem to *favor* some residents and not others as far as things outsode their RV regardless if it's tidy or not. Putting big expensive RV/BUSES beside small trailer with people that do drugs and don't pay attention to it at all.
