Absolutely beautiful park in Hot springs. No showers just want to say that here and now no shower facilities. If you can get into this highly sought after park, do it. The water access to the little stream behind the park is phenomenal. I would tell you the best spot number, but I'm going to keep that to myself. Close to hot springs, actually kind of right in the middle of hot springs so cellular service is awesome. I would definitely recommend this park. sites are a little close together, so I guess that might be a little bit of a negative, but it makes you know your neighbors.best time to get there is Sunday through Wednesday around 10:00 a.m. in the morning people have to be out by noon so if you get there around 10:00 a.m. you can claim your spot by putting something in the spot to claim it. The official check-in is noon. It's automated so you have to pay with the credit card. The stream is great Crystal clear and shallow. This time of the year it is not deep enough for a kayak, I have no clue about any other time of the year, but definitely October no kayaking is going to be happening in this little stream.

Here we go...you get what you pay for..

We first moved into this park the other day knowing that the owner is finishing up leveling some sights and working on the bathroom.. that said...

The first site we were advised to check out (out of three) started smoking the moment we plugged in our 30 amp. Then the second site the water was not turned on.

Ok so after moving and removing we finally though we found our site.

My husband asked the people who work for the owner if they would pass his info over because there are holes in the wall by the shower (future mold and dry wall damage) the sink splashes water out of it when you go to wash your hands, like you'll have to change your shirt AND pants on your way to work folks. Whoever they paid did a poor job and we wanted to let the guy know. Turns out people like poor and cheap bc they kicked us out while money is still in limbo for having an opinion on a product we are paying for. But that's ok. Here is your honest review.

You get what you pay for folks.

****Editing my review, because at least we are given a two day grace period since we are working and have plans in the evening

. It pays to be human people ,

Definitely not for beginners pulling trailers since it's on the side of a hill. But if you can get your trailer in then it's not a bad little spot. Very quiet, good internet, and fairly priced.
