Had hookups and that's what we wanted. Not a lot of shade, no bathrooms. Decent price.
Shady Tree is a safe, quiet place. It's rigorously maintained and conveniently located. I have nothing but praise for the management.
This is a wonderful place to stay. The person who complained about the rest room doesn't even know what happened. Somebody completely destroyed it so that it's not usable anymore. The laundry room is fine, and the machines work very well. The manager is extremely nice, and he keeps things clean, and he does fix the things he can. It's nice having the shade from the trees, and the other long-term neighbors are mostly very nice. It's quiet and peaceful, and it's great being able to set up your yard however you want, so that it feels like home. There's a really nice, country feel to living here, but it's close enough to town that you don't feel like you're in the middle of nowhere.
The older reviews on here are not valid now. I don't know what it was really like back then, but if it's true, then it's much better now. The management is great, and he wouldn't allow drug dealing or anything shady to happen.
