This is not a huge park but is very nice and quiet, with river access for paid campers only, not to the public! Has pull thru and back in and can handle big rig easily. 30&50 Amp, full hook up and good internet. Large pecan trees and lots of open space to play and walk around. Can't wait to go back!

Great park with easy access to the river and convenient to Granbury and Weatherford. Sites are packed gravel and level, with most being pull thru. Nice fire pit and table provided at each site.

Booking online is simple and no need to check-in or out at the office a quick text to the manager was sufficient.

Verizon cell service is almost non-existent.

Park WiFi was spotty and not reliable. (This may have been a one-off, as the manager did send an email advising of issues and a tech coming out to repair)

A beautiful family friendly place. My husband and I love it here. Erin is great. The facilities are cute and all the RV'ers here care about the place and keeping it nice and presentable. ❤️

We used to love coming here. It has become a mostly FT RV Park with no restrictions and it is has become a dump. Our neighbors in site 12 argue daily and it's annoying. The end sites used to be reserved for people to book for a short stay but now they have FT campers in them. No one comes and picks up the trash these people leave behind, mow or treat for fire ants. We had friends come by for dinner who stayed here with us and they agree it has run down. We won't ever be back again. You never see the person working here unless they are checking you in or filling someone's propane tank.

This place is beautiful. Large open grass areas, good drainage, good water, great pricing, and private Brazos River Access on property. The management is experienced, knowledgeable, easy to do business with, and don’t over manage the guests. By far the best RV Resort I have stayed at. They also have plans to add more amenities like a playground and dog park. Long term RV-ers must check it out.
