The price is comparable to other golf courses in the area, unfortunately the greens upkeep was very poor compared to other courses, especially since we had to pay the higher price to play on a Sunday. The cups were old and worn down. The grass was shaggy and very slow. The ladies running the course the day I was there were not familiar with golfing terms nor did they know who their maintenance people are. When I attempted to call and inquire the next day, the person I spoke with on the phone was very rude to me. I will definitely choose to take my business elsewhere.
Everytime we come, 4 of us golf. And every time, the managers come out and tell us to split up. Apparently 4 golfers is a big group? We paid money just like everyone else to play and yet, we get hounded the entire time. They never say anything about us needing to split our group when we pay hut theyre happy to chase us down on the fairway. Used to love this course but likely won't be back due to the rude management and "apple picking rules". They allow other groups to skip ahead of you and your group and then get angry when you've sat at a tee box for "too long" even though you're using proper etiquette and allowing others to play without driving over top of them. Do better or get better management.
Rick and Lupe do a tremendous job with the restaurant and bar. Good people, hard working and they care about the food they serve and the quality of customer service. Take a drive and try Rick’s burgers and Mexican. You won’t be disappointed 🙂
