A picnic table and fire ring is available at each campsite. There is also a day-use picnic area There is no water on site, it is a dry campground. Water can be obtained from the river but needs to be filtered or treated.
It is 25 miles to the town of Skykomish where gas and groceries are available
A nice combination of sun and shade, this campground offers exploration of the North Fork of the Skykomish river when you're not sitting by the campfire roasting marshmallows.
Drive US Highway 2 to just west of milepost 50. Turn north on Beckler Road (Forest Service Road 65) toward Beckler River Campground. Stay on Forest Service Road 65 for 15 miles to its junction with North Fork Skykomish (Forest Service Road 63). Continue for 2 miles heading west on Forest Service Road 63 and the campground will be on the left side of road.
About to drive here with the family! coming from tacoma wa! It's a 2 hr. drive but I believe itll be worth it.

San Juan is a very nice place, a cozy camp with a double and triple canopy old growth candyland across the road.
A great place for nice people. The North Fork is pretty mellow there as well.
