This is the best dog friendly large park in the CNY area. It is HUGE. Plenty of parking, tables, activity areas. Our dogs love to take the walk back to the water and then run around on the shores of Lake Ontario. Some times its a bit busy on the lake with people who have 'camped' out on the beach and a bit loud. Only encountered that once.
Is perfect to unwind with your family, friends and dogs. Excellent views for sure.
It was the first time for us to visit the park. My family and I enjoyed little walk. You are not allowed to swim, but you can enjoy to hear waves and beatiful scenery. Although there is a picnic place near water front, driveway was closed. You need to walk around 10 min to reach the trail with scenery.
Info office has a water fountain both hot and cold water are avalible. Restrooms are clean. There are a huge playground for kids and two tennis courts.
First time visiting and I definitely will return.
Easy to find due to the signs, parking was great.
Play ground is big and bathrooms are clean.
Be sure to have dogs on a leash some trails have cliffs. I have a puppy and he has no fear.
