This is getting 5 stars for a few reasons: Dottie is super kind and helpful; the place is clean and the bathrooms are squeaky clean and great location.

The price is super reasonable. It's very basic on amenities: full hookups and clean bathrooms. That's what you get. It's close,to a nice river walk. The spaces are tight so it's not really a hang out kind of place. It's the perfect place to drop your "house" and then go explore the town, Ketchum and Sun Valley. Hike, eat, etc.

Stayed here for a week in a class A. Manager is very nice. Other campers are quiet and keep to themselves which is nice. Very cheap laundry machines that work well. No grass and not really any space between sites so not a good place to hang out outside. Decent and free WiFi to work remotely. Very reasonable weekly rate. Easy to get to the trail, river and sites in nearby towns. Good home base for working and going out to do things in the area.

Great place for a one night stay. Very clean, but small bathroom/ showers and laundry with 2 washers N 2 dryers. Very reasonably priced. I would of gave 5 stars, but the pets couldn't go on the small grassy area. So they went next to the gravel/ weeds and tracked in stickers on their feet. We would stop here again.

We were looking for a place for one night and this worked out perfectly. Clean bathrooms and shower, super nice and helpful host (Dottie). She even let us leave our trailer a bit past checkout time so we could drive up to see Ketchum. Near an amazing bike trail and path to walk by the river. We would not hesitate to stay again next time we’re in the area.

We were here for a week visiting friends in the area. They only take cash or check. We had a site on the outside row and it was good. However, the middle row is VERY cramped. Many of the rigs could not put their awnings out because it was so close. When the guy across from us put his slide out it was in the site next to him.
