Fabulous fabulous fabulous a must for all carnivorous cravings, I ordered the rib eye steak brocoini and mac and cheese. Everything was delicious and I for one don't like everybody mac and cheese there's I will definitely eat a second and third time, the brocolli cooked to perfection with a hint of garlic I think but cooked to perfection not mushy or overcooked at all, and for the rib eye all I can say is butter.
Had lunch and really enjoyed it. Had the combination appetizer. That was almost enough for two people for a meal. Tried the pulled pork. It was tender and well flavored. Sauce was a little bit sweet. Mac and cheese was very good. Also had the buffalo chicken sandwich. It was very good. Asked for the fries to be well done, and they did a very good job.
We decided to try this place out for the Saturday NFL playoffs, and were pleasantly surprised! Tons of TVs for your viewing pleasure, decent beer selection. Got a few appetizers, the chili could use some work (more spice, and toppings), chips and salsa were not bad, but the definite highlight was the SLIDERS!! 😋 😋

River Ranch is a nice little hidden gem in downtown Riverside when the old Slater 50/50 used to be. We came here on New Year's Eve, Eve around 7 pm or so. I'm a sucker for service and at this time the service was excellent and very accommodating. Citlaly was our waitress and she was phenomenal. There was a super chill DJ playing a variety of music to get people in the groove of things.
We ordered quickly and got a 3 protein River Ranch combo with tri- tip, brisket and chicken. ($37.95). Brisket needed to be smoked longer and have more bark because it was a bit dry. Tri-tip was decent and chicken was so so. We also ordered chicken nachos ($18.95) and they were decent as well. Just seemed like a lot of the food is for fast consumption, almost like bar food. ( Which is not bad, but for the price could've been better). Stars of the show though were the cocktails. However I did get a mezcal old fashion that was $25, which I think probably could've been the same price as the regular old fashion $13-15. But anyway, it was good.
Overall, not a bad place to come by. Next time I drop in maybe the food quality will catch up to the price and ambiance.
This was our first time here. We all love the food and margaritas, and we will definitely be back, but the 2 things I didn't care for were the server and you need to make sure you're being charged for what you ordered, so make sure you look at the check before you pay. The other staff members who had to help with a refund were super friendly.
