This is just your basic concrete and asphalt RV Park. I'd just come from 8 days of boondocking and needed hookups, the hookups work find easy to get to, pull through sites. I needed to do laundry and the laundromat was clean and well outfitted with plenty of newish washers and dryers it was right off the pool area the pool seemed nice, although I didn't use it. Great place to stop for a couple of days while traveling, if you don't need resort-style amenities. I recommend it.

Great management. Quiet. Secure. Spaces don't offer enough space between each other. I'm hearing damn near everything my neighbors say, even when we're indoors. ☹️ Trailers Close to each other. Only complaint.

I found this to be a very pleasant place to stay. Management was the best, plus clean restrooms and showers. We have a 33 foot trailer and parking was no problem. Asphalt all around which was so nice. Quiet night. We are 70 years old and I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice people and a very cheap place in Bakersfield if you're RVing through and need to stop for a night or two. That's where it stops.

We were put in Site #2, site #1 is used as their communal dump station. So when you don't have several people a day dumping 5ft from you, you have the lot of people using site 1 as their way to avoid the one-way roads. Thus making my steps front row for a two way traffic stream.

The park appears to be 80-90% residential.

Site after site of vehicles, RVs, and boats that had obviously not moved as inch in years. And not many respecting the lines of site boundaries.

Sites were riddled with trash and abandoned furniture.

They were nice, but we'll not go again.

If you buy gas, they won't charge to dump black & and gray water, and they have a spicket to fill up fresh water for RVs. They only have 1 area for this, so first come, 1st serve.
