We stayed here first time last week and really enjoyed the RV resort. It is new and has very nice clubhouse, pool area, PB courts, and beach area next to the river. The management and staff were all very friendly and helpful. And I love that they have "flag" rule and don't allow political or rude flags
We had a great stay at this new resort located right along the Colorado River!
The sites were big-rig friendly. The fitness room had plenty of equipment to get a great workout it. The resort club house had games, a few areas to relax, as well as outdoor seating near the pool.
A huge laundry room with pickleball courts right outside to pass the time while you wait for your clothes.
The resort is dog-friendly. We even had one of their staff offer a dog treat to our Bailey while we were out on a walk. And, of course, the sunrise and sunset skies were a perfect way to start and end the day.

The resort is brimming with amenities that would make any road warrior cheer. Our family of 5 enjoyed the heated pool, two pickle ball courts, game room in clubhouse and playground. River Sands RV resort is a great stop for families. Not to mention spacious, big rig friendly lots.
Large sites, very clean, new facilities, beautiful clubhouse/pool and spa... all located on the Colorado River. Pleased to see the environmentally friendly landscaping and pavement. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, staff were helpful and made us feel welcome.We would return any time!
River Sands RV Park by far exceeds most parks. It is very clean, great staff that go out of their way to make your stay even better. Great beach area, pool, jacuzzi, and the Rec Room/Club House was fun. Great trails to take our side by side out. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.
