This park is absolutely stunning and well maintained. We brought our 31ft RV to stay for several days. We have traveled all over the country for years and this was hands down the tightest spot we had ever experienced, had the spot across not have been empty for a few hours it would not have been possible. Chris was absolutely fantastic in getting us into our spot, but it was snug. If you are planning on working from home/RV be prepared that the full time residents are ready to party (it got loud).
We had the same experience of the previous reviews and the 50 Amp could not support our rig so we had to plug into the 30 amp to have power.
If you hang out by the tiki hut you are sure to see manatees.
It is a beautiful park, if it weren’t for the tight spots (we had to move other people’s cars around for us to even get out), and not having a real dog park we would have given it 5 stars. Staff was great, the do the best they can with the tight facilities they have.
We stayed in A1A duplex- I would not recommend. The smoke detector was missing ( Huge safety concern for me ) , lacked some dusting , the bed was SO LOUD to even turn over it was obnoxious and uncomfortable. No fault of theirs but it’s close to the road and it’s very loud. We had questions but nobody’s ever at the office it seems.
Had one of the bungalows. Great location with a mix of RV pitches, motel rooms and bungalows. Friendly staff, peaceful location but within a walk or short drive of local restaurants and a few shops. Perfect location for a chilled vacation 👌 and the sunsets are 'off the chart'
We rented a 1 bedroom cabin for a week. It was the perfect size for just my husband and me. The unit was very clean when we arrived. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom, and we were told we could bring the dirty ones to housekeeping for a clean set. The house had a washer and dryer and full kitchen, the bathroom was nice, with double sinks and a walk in shower. The bedroom was tiny, but had a queen size bed, two night stands, two closets, and a recessed chest of drawers. There was a small tv, two small lamps, recessed lighting, a ceiling fan and air conditioning in the bedroom. The living room had a larger TV, a couch and two stools. There were lots of windows for fresh air and natural light. We enjoyed the front porch with an ocean view, but didn’t use the patio area to the side of the house. We could walk down to the beach area and pavilion. It was a nice area to hang out in during the day or at night. The staff were friendly and willing to help. We loved staying here and hope to come back again soon.
