This was where my family camped every year before it became a resort location. If you're looking for a quiet space to camp and see the stars, look somewhere else. It's full of giant RVs running their generators 24/7 and resorts.
This was an amazing place to spend the day! There was a lot of room on the beach. I recommend a beach cart, since the parking lot was quite a ways from the car. Not too far, unless you're bringing a ton of stuff... Which we did. 😂 The water is super cold, and the wind picks up in the afternoon until evening.
Clean and a great beach for fun. Loved it. Our church youth group had a great time.
