This resort was very nice and clean with wide open sites and plenty of space. It was a bit off the beaten path (especially at night), but despite the narrow, paved road, it was worth the trip. As a bonus, they also have their own RV repair shop on-site. We would definitely camp here again as we weren't able to take advantage of their multiple amenities. It was however, only about 20 minutes away from the Winstar casino.
Nice close enough to town location, great caring staff, and plenty of amenities. The owners, manager, and staff are improving the resort weekly sometimes daily.
Loved it here. It was extremely peaceful for us, clean and well maintained. Would recommend 👌. The cable/wifi can be spotty but not anything to obscure the stay.
This was a random place I looked up on our way from Louisiana. We were originally going to a place in Sulphur. Bobbie was amazing, she is the manager, she answered my questions and was available every time! We finally got in about 1:30-2am and everything was ready for hookup and super easy! We were only going to stay a week, on day 2 or 3, we decided we wanted to go ahead and do a month long stay. The grounds are very well kept, koi pond, fish and release, plenty of places to walk dogs, quiet, emaculant bathrooms and laundry room. The water slide swimming area has geese every day so far and is nice. Turtles actually cross the road from the fishing pond (decent size) to the swimming/kayak area. One side is away from the speedway and the other is a bit closer. I prefer the closer. We have a month long stay. Dumpsters never stink, not lots of flies and are never full and are actually clean!!! These bathrooms and showers are freaking amazing! They also have an RV repairman ON-SITE! He is great and no one tries to gouge anyone. The owner is super nice and hilarious. They have nice tenants for the ones we have met walking dogs or random times! They also accept your mail for you if you need long term or are a contract worker. At the moment, the side away from the speedway has room for a small group of contract workers and it’s nice. I’m very surprised at how well kept the place is as a whole! Echo works in the office too and is super sweet and informative on the area and vehicles that are off road! (We have an ATV) They have some cabins to rent as well. They also have the LONG runners that’s are about 200ft. We fit an SUV, 12’ trailer, 35’ camper and truck with PLENTY of room left and they have grills and fire pits in the long runner areas that are weekly. It’s very easy if you need a pull through area. I've seen some kids, no one is loud, no speeding vehicles etc. They have bathrooms w showers on both sides of the land and washer/dryer (new) on the office side. $2 washer and $1.75 dryer. They also have a pool for the warmer days! The slides are open for a $5 fee and I think there has to be 4-5 people for use (I assume bc staff has to be there for use, makes sense) but they are in great shape. Speaking of shape, they also have a gym I have not visited yet and will update as soon as I do! It's very nice and close to dollar general, Walmart and tons of food and different stores. Take the exit Bobbie tells you to get a camper here easily, the map will probably try to send you the route it sent myself and my husband, just ask Bobbie or Echo and they give you the exit that's easy on the camper and turns!
They do have some ant piles but that's easily taken care of. This place is amazing, clean, up to date, the people that work here and the owner are phenomenal! The owner took over not long ago and turned this place around! They also have propane here. I have not met a single person staying here that wasn't pleasant. They have wifi but it is pretty spotty in some areas (to be expected).
If you need a night, week, month or more, this is definitely a go to spot! It's so much better than 75% of the others and the staff/owner bumps that up to 90%.
Thank you Bobbie, Echo and the rest of staff. Please make sure the owner sees this one! I hope this owner continues his venture bc he's a good one! He truly cares.
