From jct I-5 & Hwy 99S (Susanville/Lassen Park Rd, exit 649): Go 3/4mi E on Hwy 99S, then 1/4 mi N on Chestnut.
Great experience. Staff was friendly and made the reservation process quick and easy, park was clean and the pull through site was long enough to accommodate our rig set up and make it an easy in and out.
A quick one night repeat stay. We stayed for a week last time and was enjoyable as well. We like this little park - off the freeway and convenient to I-5, but not in the immediate hustle bustle of the city. Walking distance to restaurants or a quick drive to others. We are full time RVers and will continue to stay here when making the I-5 trek. Thanks!

Quiet staff is nice and helpful. Nice and clean. Well kept great place for dogs just really enjoying our stay there we will be back.
We were so glad to find this oasis after driving 3+ hours on Rt 36. The office was closed but very easy after hours check in system and phone call about WiFi password was answered within a reasonable amount of time. Very clean, pool was great! Bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. We only wished there had been after hours access to the rec room as we would have enjoyed getting a round of ping pong in during our one night stay.
The spaces were a little small, but we were very happy with the park. It was clean, quiet, had a great pool, and clean laundry room. Lots of monthly people, but their spaces were free of clutter and everyone was so very friendly!! Will definitely be back!!!
This is a lovely RV park with reasonable long-term rates. The management is friendly and VERY helpful. Lots of shade for summertime and a cute pool area. The laundry room is always clean, and machines are fairly new. The recreation room has a pool 🎱 table, puzzles, books 📚, a kitchen for guest use, and plenty of tables and chairs. There is propane available and ice for a very reasonable fee. Free coffee ☕️ too. I plan to stay for several months
