We recently stayed in the Hummingbird Cabin, and it was wonderful. The setting was tranquil--a real tonic for the city dweller. Wildlife surrounded us in abundance. The birdwatching was great. And, meanwhile, the cabin itself supplied us with all the amenities of home. Very cozy. We definitely want to come back.

We couldn't have had a more relaxing and enjoyable stay. Jen and Greg's cabins and property made for such a FABULOUS birding and hiking experience. We saw more birds on their property than we did in Ramsey Canyon. The cabins are so conveniently close to the Canyon and much quieter. We hated to leave and plan to return.

My friend and I recently stayed in the Hummingbird cabin for 2 nights. Our experience was so fantastic! The cabin was clean, decorated with just the right touch, very cozy and extremely comfortable . When I woke up in the morning, I opened up the curtains to discover outside our front window, wild turkeys, a small herd of deer, birds of every size and color. The trails were so gorgeous and well marked. The bird garden was extraordinary. There was always something cool to see around every bend of the trails. It filled my heart with peace and joy, that I still carry with me today. The hosts, Greg and Jen were wonderful, caring people who want each visitor to have a great experience. This magical place is a hidden gem that I highly recommend.

Our stay at Ramsey Canyon Cabins was absolutely delightful. We stayed in the Tranquil Hummingbird Cabin, which is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is convenient to cook in and the whole place is peaceful. We loved sitting on the front porch watching birds and deer. The cabins are very conveniently located near the Nature Conservancy preserve, but you can also have a lovely stroll right outside your door around the extensive property.

We rented the Cowboy Cabin. It was clean, comfortable, cozy and well appointed. The location is beautiful. The owners have created trails all around the cabin with sitting areas & bird feeders. The owners were helpful with information of things to do in the area. The reservation process was a breeze. It is within walking distance of the Ramsey Canyon Nature Preserve. But really we mostly enjoyed the turkeys, deer and all the birds right by the cabin. We loved our time there and will definitely be back.
