This is one of our favorite campgrounds. You get a lot of space, the scenery is gorgeous, and every year we see deer, bears, and the fishing is plentiful.

This is a beautiful site with lots of good options for sites. Easy access to the lake. But do not think you will get any rest here. I was surrounded by sites playing music super loud well after the quiet time. We're pretty close to the camp host so for sure he can hear, just not doing anything about it. For $38 for a tent site I did have higher expectations. Maybe it's different on a weekday, but if you hope to sleep I would avoid this place at all costs.

Campground seems well maintained, and bathrooms are clean. The sites are a bit close to each other, but visitors were respectful. There are plenty of trees to throw hammocks up in, the ground is a bit sloped. Campground is right next to Davis Lake, beautiful views.

Federal facilities = federal prices, nearly 40 bucks a night to camp, but 50% off with an America the beautiful pass

Nice quiet little campground, friendly host as well. Most campsites are very big with plenty of room to spread out. There are plenty of double sites as well so bring the family. Just a shortwalk to Lake Davis. We brought our dog and he had a blast! We got a little snow during the first night of three. We saw wildlife including some deer, an eagle, and even a bear when going down the road. We had a great time and highly recommend this campground. We will be returning in the near future.
