This campground is family owned. They recently purchased the property after losing everything in the Paradise fire. They are fair and an absolute delight!! The cabin was nice and clean as were the campsites. Our family had a blast here. We can't wait to go back!!
All of the reviews saying that this place is horrible are no longer correct. The place is now under new ownership and is being ran by a wonderful family who enjoy and love the outdoors as much as any nature lover does. They have spent countless hours revamping the entire campground upgrading the cabins landscaping the tent site’s and even built a beautiful giant deck out of the game room. They said they have so many great things planned for this place. So I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone of all ages. So please don’t be scared from all of the old reviews because the place is far from filthy and far from shady

Was quoted $80 per night when reservation was made.
Checked in and there refrigerator was on the porch, so Heln had to move it in to cabin. I mentioned the heater wasn't warming up the room and she said that she would put another in the room. We left to go explore and returned later in the evening. Very cold under 40 degrees. Dirty towels in bathroom. And the manager, Helen said that she tells guests to turn burners on stove to help heat. As They can't put 2 heaters In unit cause breaker pops. I think carbon monoxide would be a bigger problem.
Anyway my wife said that she didn't want to stay there another night so I called Helen and canceled the 2 night and she said she would refund the 2nd night.
THEY NEVER REFUNDED MY CREDIT CARD.
Don't stay here not safe, no one at office when I went to ask for heat or ask about the dirty towels.
Owners ara super friendly and the campground it's amazing, clean, and spacious. It's a little piece of heaven. They have a very nice hiking trail behind the campground and the creeks runs right through it.
The owners of Willowcreek are amazing and so wonderful. Very inclusive and made sure we had everything we needed. I have been going there for over three years and it is truly a gem. Don’t miss out!
