Located 3 miles South and 2 miles East of Saint John, or 6 miles West of Stafford. Park is located on Hwy 50 next to the rest stop, on the South side of the highway.
The owners made everything very easy. They were prompt in picking up the phone when I called each time. I liked the grassy parking places. The highway noise was at most a minor.factor. Please give the bathrp a quick clean.
Just happen to drive by on our trip to Colorado. Called about a tent spot with our daughter and 4 dogs. Owners were very friendly and even offered to come and unlock the bathrooms. We told them not to worry about it cuz we were only staying one night and it's right next to a rest stop. Very well maintained grounds perfect for tent camping! Highly recommend and we will use it again. Love the kitties that live around here and the rest stop very friendly. At dusk the fire flies are beautiful!!
Our family just used this RV Park this past weekend for a Family Reunion. This was a great place to host our reunion. There was room for all our campers, we were able to rent the air conditioned building to have our meals in and to get out of the rain on Friday night and Saturday morning. Owners were friendly and helpful if we needed anything.
Old and at first glance, it looks very run down. However it was very clean and everything works perfectly. The bathrooms with showers are very old, but spotless. There were some shade trees and benches. I didn't see the laundry. VERY dark and quiet and the price was right.
Right off the road so there was truck noise, but not at night. No frills but pretty little place and very reasonable. Utilities were good.
