Only thing good about this place is the layout. Owner profits off your electricity (illegal under Pennsylvania PUC). Charges .25 to .30 cents per kwh and then turns around and says it include maintenance cost (not legal, can only be applied as a one time fee, not added to electricity rate.) Rates don't change because of how we pay. (.25 cents for auto pay, .30 if you don't use autopay.) He said he owns his electricity (no one owns electricity other than the power company, which there's is met-ed). Tried to tell me commercial is always more expensive than residential (it's actually the opposite). Scum owner, if you don't bend to his will, start looking for another place immediately. I questioned his prices and he started acting like I was questioning god. It's cheap for a reason. It's up for Sherrifs sale, he is probably just stealing our money to cover himself in the end. Stay away. Good for short term. Long term? Not even close. Might as well sell your soul to Satan. I've had an easier time with the HOA. If he was a good business owner he wouldn't be owing the state nearly 2.5 million dollars. Keep yourself safe and look for another place. Only good for people who like being walked over and over charged, or just want somewhere for the night.

I live right down the road from this campground, we call it the dump site. Owner is a thief and has a temper problem. Search PA Dutch campground on Facebook and read the reviews. Scott is a red faced clown and truly runs a circus.

Not sure how this place has any stars at all OR how they can call themselves a campground. If it wasn’t for the people that live there full time (who the owner insists don’t people it’s against the law) and for the fact that the guy is a scam artist, they wouldn’t still be in business. There is nothing to do there, place looks like a dump, and to top it off, the electric is always going out. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I would not recommend anyone to stay here not even for a weekend. My wife and I had a seasonal site for 1 year and that was long enough. He will charge your card( that you have to keep on file) early for the monthly payment, charge you $500 for having weeds on your site, and also tell you you're late on the electric bill. By the way if it's hot out you can not run the ac in your camper because the electric in this campground is not updated and can't handle campers running their electric. The campground itself is nice with the exception of alot of dead trees, weeds all over the place, barely any activities for anyone to do, and no cable or internet. The owner will look for any reason to get money out of you. He has is priorities backwards. If someone else would buy this property and run it with pride it would be a great place to stay. Unfortunately the owner cares about himself and himself only. He doesn't care about taking pride in his business that could make him millions of dollars. I'll never go back to place even if it would be the last campground in Pennsylvania. Please do yourself a favor and do not become a customer of this place. Hopefully the owner wakes up very soon and changes his way and actually takes pride in his business

If I could give this place no stars I would, Scott the owner will promise you the world and does not deliver, he has a very poor attitude and anger issues, we had a site there for about a year and that was way to long, the electric was a joke, the bathrooms always smelled like raw Sewage, the one stall in the the womens bathroom was broken the whole time we were there, the pool linner needed to be replaced 5 years ago, the food was not good the staff were just as rude as he was, the only person who was nice and smiled was his mom. We have a few friends that are still there and said he has gotten worse since we left, they even cute her nice big site up into a small thing and made 3 more sites, the pond is even a joke, e tells you to clean your site or he will fine you but I think he needs to look at his Campground a little closer, his staff doesn't clean anything. Do yourself a favor and don't stay there.
