Nicole and I work for the ? As semi drivers, Pala worked out a place to park and have our first 3 days off in 4 months. Employees, food,atmosphere, and accommodation five stars. We are back on the road to another location. We hope to return some day soon.
The customer service was great. I went for lunch withy new amazing brother... It's a peaceful place to relax but I don't like to gamble but it was free money that was the bonus to just going to be there to knowing everywhere I go it's a God's reasonable way to show me that I am called to be there for anyone to give words of advice, to listen, to learn, grow in all ways.
My wife and I have gamed here before but we've never stayed. We stayed one night for a quick getaway. We were very pleased with the hotel room. It was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. The rates were reasonable for the season. The pool closed after a certain date due to the fact that the resort is located near the mountains and the temperature drops considerably. We will return.
Loved this place. As a recent transplant from the Midwest, I'm still exploring the Inland! Went to see a concert in December right before the new year going in to 2024. The show was awesome and the food at Bar Meets Grill was amazing. Looking forward to going back soon for another show!!!
I just want to share a really bad experience I had at the Pala Casino.
On February 13, 2024 night, I called to make a room reservation for February 17, after booking the room, I asked the person who helped me (Sele) if they had any shows going on that weekend, and she said “yes, we have the Chinese Lunar New year Celebration”, and so I bought two tickets, it was supposed to be a surprise Valentine’s gift for my wife, she did not say what the showing was about, I thought the celebration was about colorful dragons show.
Right after I bought the tickets I Googled the show, and to my surprise I could not find anything in English, it is a Vietnamese show. The problem is I do not speak a word of Vietnamese nor I know these singer(s)(No offense to the show), next morning I called about four times to explain my situation and that I had purchased the tickets by mistake. I thought the Casino would help me and understand that I had made a mistake, I wasn’t able to talk to someone until late that afternoon, 20 hours after my first call I was able to talk to Kimberly but did not give me a chance to talk, nor time to explain, she never apologized for the inconvenience or offer a voucher to use in the casino, I totally understand I should of asked what that show was about, they should at least notify the buyer ahead of time that it’s only in Vietnamese. Might be a beautiful show but the language make it less attractive to me. I just hope this doesn’t happen to someone else.
It was my valentine’s get away for my wife and myself, totally ruined, I had to cancel my room because I wouldn’t stayed at a place that do not care about customers, even though I’m not a regular customer, I think it would be most reasonable to offer other options, may be not a total refund, but would of come to an agreement.
Hopefully some day they can start caring about the unsatisfied customers and offer solutions.
The casino has good reviews, but the customer service SUCKS, I WOULD NEVER BUY A TICKET NOR WOULD STAY AT THE CASINO, Greedy place, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT their customers, money first.
