Welcome to Lake Henshaw Resort, a beautiful lake resting at the foot of the Palomar Mountains in California.
You can either camp, RV Hook-up, or stay in a house-kept cabin nestled away on the hillside overlooking the lake. A sparkling pool and spa, children's playground, grocery store and ice, clubhouse and laundry facilities complete the amenities.
Food was a real surprise... it was excellent. Catfish special was outstanding and the Patty Melt was world class
Kim’s so nice! Excited to stay in my cabin for Stagecoach 400. Yew!
Love the menu in the restaurant. Always enjoy whatever I order. Favorite is the steak dinner, affordable and delicious.
The cafe is a great place. We have not had a bad meal. The pizza is awesome with a homemade crust. I definitely recommend you stop by when you're in the area.

For 30 yrs
Rented cabins, boats and sometimes slept in my truck.
My friends and stayed at the cabin left front for Thanksgiving
We made some of the best memories in our lives.
We cooked a turkey, drilled a hole in the refrigerator for our keg and our neighbors not only did not complain, they helped us with our Thanksgiving dinner. Because we were a bunch of dumb kids having fun.
The bait store actually gave us items from there store ! To help with our dinner..
When we left we apologized to everyone and cleaned up .
And offered to pay for any damages.
They all laughed and said be a little more prepared next year.
So if anyone whines about
what they don't have.... and EXPECT
someone to feel sorry for them
Maybe they shouldn't be there.
Lake Henshaw and all of the people
