Nice campsites and restrooms are clean despite being vaulted no odor at all. Shower is also available by the beach area. Keep in mind some camp sites might fit only one tent if is large one. About 20 minutes drive to the nature center for hiking to Mt. magazine. Worth visiting, highly recommend 👍👍

This is a beautiful campground!

Pros: Right on the lake. well shaded. Spaced out sites. A few hiking trails. Decent shower house.

Cons: sites are overrun with ants. Fire ants and giant black ants. DO NOT leave any food or trash or even crumbs anywhere. There will be thousands of ants all over it in a matter of minutes. We also found nearly a coffee tins worth of broken glass, old nails, screws etc so shoes are recommended.

It's a beautiful campground but could a little bit more clean up. The campground hosts are wonderful.

Loved it. Quiet with very view campers. Right at cove. We pulled our inflatable boat right up to edge of site. Lots if birds and great sunsets.
