Nice, quiet place on the Red River. We are currently staying here after we had engine trouble traveling from New Orleans to Arlington. We are enjoying our stay here and the everybody has been very friendly and helpful!
I moved my camper to the oxbow thinking how awesome it was going to be living by the water. It's beautiful and quiet and I expected to be there a while but the landlord was bias and judgmental. He talked about me to the neighbors and was constantly on me about things I really had nothing to do with. He lied to the owner about me banging on people's doors asking for rides and talked about me to the neighbors. Its beautiful.. if you don't mind a controlling landlord who makes up things about people. I would have really loved it if not for that.
Definitely a scenic place. Nice people. But don't plan to have a pizza delivered. BJ's Pizza could do well if they were to start delivering here.. js.
I had a cozy and quiet stay here. The managers are wonderful, good people. Ill miss them. I highly recommend this park. They have showers and washer/dryer. Don't forget your fishing pole! ~Thanks~
