This trailhead is located just off of Highway 26 and provides access to Rimrock Springs Trail (#850), which gives visitors an opportunity for wildlife and nature viewing. The trail is ADA accessible and short, so it's perfect for stretching out your legs and getting some fresh air. There are also picnic tables at the site for anyone who enjoys eating outdoors.

Stopped for lunch & picnic. Very nice quiet place. However no bathroom & only 1 picnic table?
We shared with another nice young man but then 2 large RVs pulled in & there's just not enough room.
We didn't hike the trail but it looks doable at 1.25. Springs located halfway in...
Please consider a small bathroom facility and a couple more picnic tables.
Took my dog for a walk on the trail, it's a nice little hike. I would guess about a mile and a half around the entire loop, first half is with nice view points and info along
the way. Also an occasional bench to take your rest on if you need. Second half it's just a dirt trail and little bit longer than the first with a little bit of an incline. I would have gave it 5 out of 5 stars but the downside is there was no restrooms there.
