Located one hour 30 minutes southwest of Paisley, Oregon, Lee Thomas Campground is located right on the banks of the North Fork of the Wild and Scenic Sprague River. Lodgepole pine trees, rock outcroppings, and riparian meadows characterize the landscape. All seven campsites are close enough to hear the river riffling by. Campground amenities include picnic tables, fire grates, one vault toilet, and potable water. Just one mile east of the campground is the Lee Thomas Trailhead, which accesses Deadhorse Rim Trail #139.
Lee Thomas Campground is located one hour 35 minutes northeast of Bly, OR. From Bly, OR take Oregon Highway 140 east toward Lakeview, Oregon, then turn left on Campbell Road. Take a right on Forest Service (FS) Road 34. Follow FS Road 34. Turn left on FS Road 3372. Continue on FS Road 3372. Turn right on FS Road 3411 to campground entrance. Lee Thomas Campground is located one hour 30 minutes southwest of Paisley, OR. From Paisley, OR take Highway 31 north toward Silver Lake, OR. Turn left on County Highway 2-08, Mill Street, and continue right on Forest Service (FS) Road 3315. Follow FS road 3315, then turn right on FS Road 28. Stayed here a few weeks while putting in fencing for the national forest. Unlimited clean ice cold water from a well here. Pit toilet too. Campground is nice too . No service here though
