A lot of noise in the mornings from all the SxS & ATV's, only 30A electric and dump station is STILL Closed. The sites are close together.noise getting worse Now the first row of sites are shut down for ongoing sewage blockages. Weed filled STILL.

We had a large group of SXS riders, we chose this park because they advertise as being a great location to stay for off road SXS rides. We called ahead letting them know our club would be arriving, making sure they had space for all of us, and asking if they could park us near each other. They stated they had plenty of parking for us and would do their best to get us all together. Our club members called- telling them they were part of our club. Even so - we were spread out throughout the park, We even called multiple times- asking for spots closer to one another.

We convoyed to the park, and checked in together - the staff was less than friendly and seemed annoyed that we all checked in together.

Day four of our stay was too rainy to ride - so everyone came to 1 trailer - hung out waiting for a break in the rain so we could ride.

The husband/wife managers came to our spot and threatened to have our vehicles towed- because you are only allowed 3 vehicles per spot. The area behind our unit was 'open parking'

We reminded them each and every person at our spot was a paying guest at the park and ride from their spot to ours. Didn't matter- she told us in no uncertain terms if the sxs's weren't moved - she would call the cops and have them towed. Pretty poor people skills!

As some previous reviews mention, the spots are gavel (at best) mostly dirt. With heavy rains - the spot turned into a giant mud puddle

All in all - if you are planning a group SXS event in the area - avoid this park at all costs!

We stayed at Ecscapees North Ranch for the month of December. We love this park. It's out away from the city, but we found what we needed in nearby Wickenburg. We took a few trips to Phoenix and were able to get to Costco, Sam's etc. The park is large and well laid out and it was easy to get in and out. We have a 42 ft fifth wheel and a 22 ft long truck. We had no issues backing into the nice wide site. The sites are gravel and they offer 30 amp service with water and sewer. There is a picnic table at each site. This is a lovely, quiet, clean RV Park. It's well ran and very affordable for Escapees Members. We were happy campers!

Very enjoyable rural Park located between Wickenburg and Congress AZ.

Very well maintained with good sized, level gravel lots.

The water, sewer and electricity all work well, although the electricity is only 30 Amp.

This is an active Park with many permanent and semi-permanent residents. They have a busy schedule of weekly activities plus many one-off get-togethers.

The Park itself is large enough for walking and cycling plus there is direct access to BLM lands for offroad vehicles, bikes and hiking as well.
