From jct I-94 (exit 351) & US 81: Go 1/2 mi N on US 81 (University Dr), then 1/2 mi E on 17th Ave S to end.
The campground is nice and well maintained. However our site was tiny and the spot next to us was right next to the road so they had to park the wrong direction so that their door was facing into our campsite or park the normal way and step out directly onto the road. Luckily they were lovely and we enjoyed visiting with them and they were comfortable with our giant dog. We would have appreciated being made aware that there was a possibility that we would be sharing the yard of our tiny site.
Awesome staff. Site was beautiful and quiet (besides the highway traffic noise, which is like white noise to me). Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. We felt very safe here. Pet friendly! Loved our stay! Thanks from Wisconsin!
The check in process was friendly, easy and smooth. Keep in mind, this campground is right off the freeway with a lot of freeway noise and near a train track with a lot of train horns. Very, very noisy. However, the park itself was nice for walking, short bike rides and has a nice playground.
