Terrible place to live or park for the night, always dirty looking, manager doesn't care not even for own dumpy trailer, need new manager!
Live here and it's a decent place with good people and reasonably quiet considering its closeness!

I'm only rating this place 4 stars because the manager is awesome... This place is a little run down but they have good rates...
The price is reasonable, 25 a night. There is a building with bathrooms and showers. They also have laundry facilities. There are still several vacancies. The people that are there range from retirees to people who are traveling through. There are some families that live there. The electrical system seems to be in very good shape. The boxes are secure and straight. The faucets were on a little bit, but the temperature was well below freezing so that made good sense. It is about a quarter of a mile off highway 299 and walking distance from our largest grocery store, Holiday market.
