From Greenville: Take Hwy. 276 W. for about 30 mi. Park is located at the top of the mountain right off the Hwy. The North Carolina border is 3 mi. away.
Beautiful hiking. Good for the family but Rainbow Falls trail is strenuous in sections. Kids will enjoy the trout pond at the entrance. Parking is limited so plan on waiting at least 30 minutes most days before getting in...
Great spot for a hike, beautiful. Water falls, great views, trees for shade. Love it here.
During my visit I only checked out the overlook area. It was highly accessible and just a quick board walk to great sites. The devil's kitchen stairs and crevice was a fun little detour but will not be accessible for all. Our day was a little foggy but the sights were still great.
Amazing location with nice hiking trails. Rangers are very friendly and helpful.
