What a great little gem of a campground. Found a site right on the water. The camp spaces are large and well spaced. First come first serve. Pit toilets. I stopped for one night and ended up staying for 3. I will go back.
Enjoyed car camping at site 12 which has about 40' of lake front, 2 parking spots, and is very close to the vault toilet. There are no sinks, no water spigots, and no garbages anywhere that I saw at this campground. Bring your own wood if you want a fire in your fire pit, there aren't any bundles for sale here. Also, there are signs warning you about bears. I don't fish but for those that do, I saw a fish jump 2ft up out of the lake and heard more fish flopping out in the water. There was a motorized boat on the water. This campground is for fishing enthusiasts I couldn't find any hiking trails. $18/night. The nightly rate is less for those who have a MT state fishing license and even less if you are 62 or over.
