Camped there summer 2020. Road to and inside campground very rough with huge potholes and wallows. Wasn't as bad on an earlier visit. Campground fine, toilet acceptable (use higher than expected with day trippers).
The sites were great. Plenty of room in between each one. But the restrooms were pretty gross. To be honest, whenever someone gets out there to clean and restock, they really need to take a power washer to the toilets.
Great spot to camp with a creek and several private spots within the campground. The road is good all the way from the highway which is 4 miles. A few pot holes within the campground loop but no problem if you go slow.
15$ a night to camp
Most of the sites have a good amount of space between them. They have a creek that runs behind many of the sites that is beautiful. Al, the camp host is a great host that has been there going on 8 years. Vault toilets that were better taken care of then many others I've encountered in Montana. Bugs are the only downfall to this paradise.
