Beautiful "little' roadside park. Gorgeous views and even a shelter house with power and water.
STOP cutting down the trees, the are "thinned enough! Get the people living, or squatting, there out and open a coffee shop! I would also suggest resuming camping, especially for distance cyclists, and a safety fence (made of logs maybe) around it due to the traffic.
I love this little square of forest and public land in the middle of farmland. It's a beautiful little paradise with a picnic shelter, tall trees, and a little parking.
The one thing is that when the nearby dairies start to water their crops with cow waste water, it smells pretty bad. It's not unbearable if you're used to farm country, but it's not pleasant.
Memories to outlast a few lifetimes. Love this little utopian Eden of Awesomeness here at Maid Williamson State Park!
