My experiences with the staff were fine except they didn’t tell me that they had an active bear situation which would have been helpful. My issues were with the facilities; rust in bathroom sink drains, showers require holding the water button the whole time so it won’t cut off; no division between showers and changing area so floor becomes wet; my camping spot was on a sloping parking lot next to the hospital whose air handlers noisily ran all night; garbage dumpsters were full and unusable; bathrooms not cleaned every day; my 30 amp plug-in stopped working and I had to change electrical receptacle (glad I had a surge protector), facilities need improvements and better upkeep - especially for the cost. I’ve stayed at a number of RV camps that cost less, were in better condition and better maintained. There are other RV camps in the area that I will consider when I return. Again, my conversations with staff were fine but the facilities are lacking.

Great spot to park your camper in the winter. Showers are tricky and gross and they don't have quarters for laundry. Remember to stock up if you plan to do some.

Had a great time. A little pricey in Biden’s and his pals America however, very nice place. Slept comfortable and my wife was happy and warm. Good place to wiggle your toes in a comfy bed.

We stayed here in our van while on a road trip from Vermont in February. It worked out great for our home base while skiing in the area. The staff was friendly & helpful. The bathrooms were cleaned daily.
