Great, inexpensive stop for the night. Brewery was fun, too. Road going in and through the RV park is just awful. Drive VERY Slowly. Thankfully, you don’t have far to drive in and through the park. “Dog run” is just that. A better word is “kennel”. Its not a dog park or grassy for dogs. Also, homeless dog was wandering in the RV park and $hit all over the place, so watch where you step! But otherwise its clean and easy access off the interstate make this worth the price! If it was fixed up (asphalt) I’m sure it would cost twice the price!

Pleased we stayed here, it was super convenient and easy to get parked and hooked up. We used it as an overnight stay only, so did not use the facilities. But, based on watching the owner/staff spend time working on everything from painting to managing the garbage overflow, I am convinced they are working towards keeping this park in top notch shape.

Road noise is at a distance and does not bother you. Roads are bumpy so slow going to stop the sway. Spots are surprisingly level given the park slopes downwards from where you drive in. People staying here longer term are polite and friendly.

The independent brewery on site is excellent, worth stopping in for a pint.

There are other options in Grants, but I was happy with my selection.

I actually loved staying here. However, I did not set up auto pay and after I was gone for 2 days they took the next month from my back account without my permission. I'm not even there!

During my stay I paid for the month and literally spoke with someone in the office to tell him I was pulling my 5th wheel out for a few days but will be back. I was paid up to do that. They rented out my spot and when I returned the office was closed and a travel trailer was in my lot number. I had to wait for hours for that person to leave so I could move back in and the office was still closed so I wasn't able to speak to anyone. By the time I was able to contact the office they promised a one week reimbursement that never happened. It is illegal to take money without permission for a service that is not being used! I am now having to dispute this transaction through my bank. I will not stay there again. I work hard for my money. I don't need it stolen!
