Wonderful camping and awesome staff!! We stayed in area A site 7. Great location. Easy access to the beach, bathrooms and shower house. Grounds, shower house and bathroom were very clean. Great to shower off after a morning on the beach. Hiking and fishing was great. Easy drive to Patty's for a night. Definitely recommend and would come back!
We stayed in a cabin for 2 nights for my sons 6th birthday and had the best time! Dan and Anita were welcoming,kind, and helpful. The cabins and bathrooms were clean. The air conditioner in the cabin worked great. The swim area was a ton of fun for all of us and the sunset was gorgeous! Anita gave us coupons for the planetarium,which we chose to do when it was too hot to be outside. We all had a blast. Dan even sang happy birthday to my son, which was extra sweet. We frequent LBL, but this was the first time we have been to Energy Lake Campground. It won't be the last. Thanks for the good time and memories ,can't wait to go back!
1st time visitors. Great experience. Anita and Dan are a hoot. Sites are clean and cared for. Nice lake for sunsets.

My family and I spent two nights at Energy Lake Campground and it was a wonderful experience. Anita and Dan were very welcoming and so very helpful on our first trip to LBL. We will definitely be returning to this campground. The campsites are very nicely spaced so even if they were fully booked you wouldn’t be on top to each other as we have experienced at other campgrounds. The distance to water and the restrooms was good and easily accessible. The lake views were amazing! Dan and Anita really treat you like family!
We had an absolute great time! We were camping with 2 small kids and this was the perfect place!
The host Dan was absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond to make sure our family had the best time! Our girls LOVED when he came by and had to run out and sit on his golf cart and bombard him with hugs! Thanks for a great family memory!
